The festival planner tracks every participant - vendors, sponsors, artists, volunteers - from invited to confirmed to paid, with money attached.

• Applications - vendor form submissions land in the queue; approve sends the pay link, decline sends the notice.
• Volunteer shifts - build the shift grid on Festival day (station, day, time, how many needed). Share the public signup page and volunteers grab their own slots. Each gets an email confirming their shift; a day-before reminder goes only to people who asked for reminders.
• Site map - drag booths onto the layout.
• Festival day - arrivals check-in, shift roster, one-tap broadcast to the whole team.
• Board report - participation, money, and pipeline in one page for the board meeting. Public pages speak English and Spanish.
